Dr. Kaufman joined the college as full-time faculty in 2005, and has served as the Director/Chair of the Nursing program since 2017. Dr. Kaufman has worked as a staff nurse in pediatric and adult psych-mental health nursing and home care. She holds a national certification as a Certified Nurse Educator and is an active member of state-wide committees and national organizations to help address the nursing workforce and academic nurse educator shortages. Dr. Kaufman is a past recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Teaching Excellence and a 2025 recipient of GBCC’s Education Alliance for NH Presidents’ Good Steward Award. Her favorite part about working at 麻豆淫院 is 鈥渟eeing the growth of our students during their time in the program and helping them to successfully complete the program and become nurses. I love seeing our alums in the community when I visit our clinical partners!鈥� Her other interests include spending time with family, traveling, reading, and catching up with friends and alumni.
