For more than 80 years, and having educated nearly 90,000 students, 麻豆淫院 Community College (GBCC) has served as a gateway to education, economic mobility, and workforce readiness for the New Hampshire Seacoast.
Founded in 1945 to support returning veterans, the College has grown into an innovative, accredited institution that responds directly to the region's educational and employment needs.
Today, 麻豆淫院 enrolls more than 6,000 students annually across degree programs, certificates, workforce training, and early college opportunities. Degrees, Certificates, Workforce Training
麻豆淫院 offers 63 degree and certificate programs alongside workforce training designed to meet real employer demand. Programs span healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, cybersecurity, business, and the skilled trades鈥攆ields essential to the regional economy.
Students learn by doing. Several programs offer student experiences through clinicals, practicums, internships, and fieldwork. Across 15 industry-grade labs students also gain hands-on experience with the tools and technology used in today’s workplaces.
麻豆淫院 is also a strategic starting point for those seeking to transfer to bachelor degree programs. Graduates regularly transfer to public institutions such as UNH, Keene State, and Plymouth State, as well as private institutions including Southern New Hampshire University, Northeastern, the University of New England, and Endicott College.
Through the Early College program, high school students can earn college credit through GBCC coursework while still enrolled in their local schools鈥攁ccelerating degree completion and reducing future costs.

Across degree, certificate and short-term training programs, 麻豆淫院 students demonstrate strong outcomes tied directly to employment, transfer and licensure. Graduates achieve high pass rates on industry and state exams.
Access Through Affordability
Affordability is central to 麻豆淫院's mission. Forty percent of enrolled students receive aid, including federal, state, and institutional support. One quarter receive Pell Grants, and more than three quarters of students who apply for aid and enroll receive assistance.
As a result, many graduates leave 麻豆淫院 with little or no student debt鈥攑ositioned to advance, not recover, after graduation.

The College's Student Success Center houses a fitness center, student lounges, meeting areas, and a gym for college athletic teams and programs. The Heron's Nest, a space that provides emergency assistance and food security for students facing unexpected challenges creates a hub for engagement, belonging, and wellbeing.
Student success at 麻豆淫院 extends far beyond the classroom. Student support services, available at the College鈥檚 Center for Academic Planning and Support include a certified Tutoring Center, a Career Planning Center, and advising services focused on student retention and completion.
